Help and recovery
Purchase not showing
Use the Google email that owns the Gumroad purchase, refresh the balance, then try owned license recovery if needed. Keep the receipt private. Verification or a dispute hold may require support review; repeating activation does not create another grant.
AI request interrupted
Open Settings → AI operation recovery, retain the request reference and check server status. A running or uncertain operation must not be replaced with another paid request. Reopening an available session result is free, including at zero remaining balance. If it was settled but the result is gone, request review or explicitly choose a new paid generation.
Privacy and reminders
Signed-in Settings provides access/deletion-review requests and a separate reminder preference. Analytics consent is separate. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys, licenses or inspected proprietary source in an initial support message.
Runtime Lab not connected
The source viewer works without executing the inspected extension. Runtime Lab additionally requires an approved companion, native permission, compatible browser and allowlisted target configuration. A health response alone does not prove runtime capture. Do not use an everyday browser profile to bypass setup.
Purchase made with another email
Sign in with Google before buying and use that same email at checkout. If a purchase was made with another email, contact support privately. An operator must verify purchase ownership independently through secure support evidence and verify the destination Google account. A completely unused purchase may be transferred once after seller verification; used or reserved credits, refund/dispute holds and unknown legacy usage require review and are not automatically eligible. Only that purchase moves, with an audit record and replay protection; other purchases and rewards are preserved. Ordinary unused-pack refunds and transfers are unavailable after successful use, including use later corrected by support. Failed delivery, duplicate charges, provider decisions and applicable rights remain separate review cases. Do not send passwords, OTPs, tokens or license keys in public messages.
