1. How do I inspect a Chrome Web Store extension?
Open any extension page on the Chrome Web Store, then click the Extension X-Ray icon in your Chrome toolbar or right-click anywhere and select "Inspect with Extension X-Ray". The side panel will open and display the source code automatically.
2. Can I inspect local CRX or ZIP files?
Yes! Open the Extension X-Ray side panel, switch to the "Local CRX / ZIP" tab, and drag and drop your .crx or .zip file into the dropzone. It will unpack and analyze completely offline.
3. How do I activate my Pro license?
Click "Sign In with Google" in the Extension X-Ray header using the same Google email you used during your Gumroad purchase. Your Pro license and daily AI quotas will activate automatically.
4. Is my code or browsing history private?
Yes, 100%. All source code viewing, secret scanning, and manifest analysis execute locally inside your browser sandbox. No inspected files or personal history are ever collected.
